Assessment:
PCMax establishes long-term partnerships with our clients to design, implement, operate and measure e-waste management programs across all their nation Wide locations.

During the assessment phase, we meet with our client to understand their requirements, objectives and constraints. We introduce a client-dedicated account manager who will serve as the client’s single-point-of-contact within PCMax. We provide training on our Client  setup user accounts and capture location-specific logistics requirements. The deliverable from this phase is a Standard Operating Procedures manual which governs the e-waste management program in a standard, measurable way across all locations nation wide.

PCMax deploys its own professionally trained, background-checked employees to perform secure on-site services. With facilities throughout the Canada, this provides our customers with the most comprehensive network of on-site asset disposition technicians in the industry – giving them one source for the full chain of custody from de-installation through disposition.

Pickup & Logistics:
PCMax pick up from any where in Canada by using there contracted Logistics Partners .

Our pickup and logistics processes are focused on providing the most secure chain-of-custody in the industry. We document all assets being removed on our Bill of Lading and obtain customer sign-off prior to departure. We photograph all pallets/containers of assets before loading them into our trucks. Our trucks are sealed prior to departure and the seal number recorded on the Bill of Lading.

PCMax takes title to assets upon pickup, protecting you from liability. We provide contractual liability indemnification backed up by the highest levels of environmental and data security insurance in the industry.

Processing:
PCMax’s processing services start with the receipt of assets at our secure processing facilities. Once the truck arrives at our facility, the truck seal is compared to the seal listed on the Bill of Lading to confirm it has not been broken. During the receiving process, assets received are compared to assets on the Bill of Lading to confirm assets were not lost in transit. Our proprietary tracking system records the date/time of receipt.

Disposition:
PCMax dispositions processed assets according to our customer’s requirements and our best practices. Our goal is to maximize the reuse and value of each asset where possible and recycle assets with no value in a manner exceeding environmental regulations and industry standards.
